Scenario of mathematics lesson conducted as part of the Erasmus project

Objectives:

- labyrinth decoding,

- solving content problems, logical tasks

- making simple mathematical operations

- use of mathematical signs (+, -, x,:, =)

- counting, using numerals

- following the instructions

- "pictures" of magical animals

- blue fabric strip (river)

- a fabric strip with traces of hands and feet

Course of the meeting:

 

1. Welcome

2. Presentation of the map of the Kingdom of Numbers and the situations of magical animals that have assigned numbers. After guessing the number of the animal, it has to show up for a moment and you can take a picture of it. The animals are hidden in every part of the kingdom: in the mountains, in the river, in the forest and in the cave under the castle.

3. Guessing the number of the mountain animal:

- "climbing in the mountains" (walking on footprints and palmprints on the fabric)

- counting the traces of the right foot and left hand

- multiplying the results

The result is the number of the animal. Children take a picture: click. The teacher shows an illustration with a magic animal.

4. Guessing the number of the river animal:

- drawing numbers

- checking if they are divisible by four - if so, you can jump over the river

- summing up the results of division

The sum is the number of the river animal that appears for the children to take a picture of.

5. Guessing the number of the forest animal:

- solving problems on the leaves - after solving the leaf falls. When all the leaves fall, a magical animal appears and the children "take a picture of it".

6. Guessing the number of the animal from the cave:

- showing the map of the labyrinth

- walking according to the arrows

- counting steps forward and to the right

- summing them up

The sum is the number of the cave animal that appears and the children can take a picture of it.

7. Praise the children, giving them the title of "Hunters of magical animals".

8. Reward from the King and Queen of the Number Kingdom who have long wanted pictures of their magical animals, but no one could find them.

9. Thanking and saying goodbye to children.
